Solar flat is for you. You’ll feel at home even on holiday.
Situated right in the centre of Marina di Camerota 150 m from the Calanca beach and fitted with every comfort.

 

DESCRIPTION

 

Flat situated on the ground floor of a small building with a private entrance. It is furnished for 4-5 people and has a private patio with 2 beautiful beds of tropical plants, and is equipped with hose, table and chairs for eating outside and keeping cool in the hottest hours of the summer day.
Size 42sq.m: a fully equipped kitchen, a double room  with 1 double,  a bedroom with 2 single bed,  bathroom with shower, a terrace of 30 sq.m. with 2 flower beds and reserved parking space.

 

SLEEPS 4-5: 1 double  bed in the double room (2 beds); 2 single bed in the bedroom and 1 folding bed in the living room (max.5 beds).

 

KITCHEN APPLIANCES: oven top (4rings) and gas oven, fridge with freezer, washing machine, ventilator, phon, hot water heater (cap.50L); iron.
